We are looking for a Life Insurance Business Analyst to strengthen our Business Change & Monitoring team (10 colleagues: actuaries, business analysts & testers). You’ll play a key role in an important portfolio migration project and contribute to commercial development initiatives.
Your Role
Analysis
* Compare product & process differences between source and target systems (individual life insurance policies).
* Define and formalize requirements according to high quality standards.
* Identify process impacts of policy migrations.
* Facilitate understanding between business & IT.
Testing
* Prepare and execute process and calculation tests.
Monitoring
* Act as a bridge between business and IT.
* Provide regular progress reporting.
What we’re looking for
* Solid knowledge of individual life insurance products & processes (especially Classique products).
* Proven experience in life insurance migrations.
* Minimum 5 years in the life insurance sector.
* Strong track record as a Business Analyst.
* Structured, organized, and pragmatic – with a “can-do” mindset.
* Excellent communication skills (French & English; Dutch is a plus).
* University degree in mathematics (or equivalent experience).

* Master at least one standard business/process analysis methodology.
* Are detail-oriented but can zoom out to the right level of abstraction.
* Thrive in dynamic environments and adapt quickly.
