Your Role: Dealer Marketing CoordinatorAs Dealer Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in translating national marketing strategies into impactful local campaigns. You’ll support our dealer network in executing brand-compliant, high-performing marketing initiatives that drive showroom traffic, boost visibility, and strengthen customer engagement.Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Localization• Translate national marketing campaigns into dealer-ready toolkits and local activations.• Develop tailored initiatives (e.g., showroom events, test drives, seasonal promotions) that resonate with local audiences.• Ensure brand consistency across all dealer communications and materials.2. Dealer Support & Enablement• Act as the go-to marketing contact for our dealer network.• Provide training and guidance on marketing tools, digital assets, and POS materials.• Organize webinars or workshops to share campaign updates and best practices.3. Campaign Execution & Monitoring• Coordinate and oversee the rollout of local campaigns in collaboration with dealers.• Monitor execution quality and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.• Manage co-op marketing budgets and ensure accurate reporting and reimbursement.4. Reporting & Optimization• Track campaign KPIs (e.g., leads, showroom visits, conversions).• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.• Deliver monthly reports to internal stakeholders and HQ.What You Bring• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in automotive or retail environments.• Strong project management and communication skills.• Experience with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager).• Native proficiency in Dutch or French, with strong command of English (internal company language).• A proactive, hands-on mindset and a passion for retail and brand experience.
