Description:
* At least 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an HR environment.
* Demonstrable experience within a social secretariat or within a medium-sized/large organization with complex HR processes.
* Strong knowledge of core HR processes:
* onboarding / offboarding (JMLR)
* contracttypes
* time registration
* absences & payroll
* role and access control
* Experience with HRIS systems (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, SD Worx, Attentia, E-Blox, Partena, Group S, Acerta, Protime, etc.).
* Understanding data quality, data models, and data flows between HR and IT (APIs, SCIM, CSV flows, identity lifecycle).
* At least 1 to 3 years of experience as a business analyst in an HR environment.
* Proven experience within a payroll service provider or a medium/large organization with complex HR processes.
