Ready to step into a high-impact sales role where you're not just closing deals, you're shaping a new market?

This is your chance to join a fast-scaling SaaS company expanding aggressively across Europe, with real momentum and serious growth ahead.

Having recently raised $50 million, our client is scaling rapidly across new regions. They're now building out their next wave of success and looking for ambitious, high-energy Senior Account Executives to join their lean, high-performing GTM team in Belgium.

What They're Building

A robust SaaS platform focused on data protection and recovery, helping organisations safeguard critical business data in an increasingly complex digital landscape.

Think: mission-critical infrastructure that ensures businesses never lose what matters most.

Location

Belgium (Brussels preferred)

Remote-first

What You'll Do

* Own new business acquisition across mid-market and enterprise accounts (1,000–5,000 employees)
* Turn outbound opportunities into a high-quality pipeline with dedicated SDR support
* Run full sales cycles in complex SaaS environments from discovery to close
* Play a key role in building and refining the GTM motion in a new region

Environment

* Fast-moving, ambitious, and commercially driven scaling into new markets
* Strong onboarding culture with quarterly bootcamps across Sales & Engineering
* High ownership, remote-first team where performance and initiative stand out

Must-Haves

* 2–4 years of closing experience in SaaS (ideally complex sales)
* Proven hunter mentality, you thrive on winning new business
* Experience in technical or data-driven products (e.g. cybersecurity, infrastructure, backup)
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity within a scaling environment

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience selling in low brand-awareness environments
* Comfortable working remotely and independently

Compensation

Base: €70K–€80K

OTE: Up to €160K + €10K car allowance
