Responsibilities
1. As a Project Manager E&I you are responsible for
2. Overseeing and managing a variety of projects from the investment portfolio. Your role encompasses full accountability for each project, from initial definition to operational handover, while adhering to a structured, phased approach.
3. Ensuring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards are integrated into design and execution phases.
4. Defining and developing the project scope through a phased process.
5. Establishing project schedules and ensuring adherence to timelines.
6. Estimating project costs and maintaining accurate cost reporting.
7. Organizing and managing essential reviews such as HAZOP, design reviews, gate reviews, and progress meetings.
8. Ensuring all project designs comply with applicable OTSA and global OT standards and specifications.
9. Leading the project team, as well as managing construction and engineering contractors.
10. Overseeing Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes during both the design and execution phases.
Requirements
11. Degree in engineering. Basic knowledge of the different technical disciplines: E&I, piping, process, mechanical, civil & structural.
12. Focus E&I.
13. Languages: good knowledge of Dutch and English. Other languages are an asset.
14. Min. 5 years experience in a similar function in the chemical / petrochemical / food industry – either on the owner side or as contractor.
15. Proven management experience
16. Some affinity working in a tank terminal is a plus; strong interest working in a tankterminal is a must.
