You will design, implement, and optimize cloud-based workplace solutions, ensuring our staff in stores, warehouses, and HQ have the tools they need to succeed. You will work at the intersection of security, cloud infrastructure, and user-centric design. Your Responsibilities: Workplace Design: Recommend and implement cutting-edge solutions for digital collaboration and remote work. Cloud Management: Configure and maintain cloud-based endpoint management systems and virtual desktop environments. Security & Compliance: Enforce system standards and security policies across all end-user devices and applications. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the health of workplace services and swiftly resolve performance issues. Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and an inventory of digital workplace assets. Stakeholder Management: Communicate service status to key stakeholders and collaborate with project management and service desk teams. Your Profile: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar workplace or systems engineering role. Languages: Proficiency in English and either Dutch or French. Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune (Endpoint Manager), and virtual collaboration tools. Soft Skills: A problem-solving mindset, creativity, and a strong commitment to "Customer Centricity".
