About this role
This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the manufacturing process of regulated pharmaceutical environments. As an MES Consultant, you will be responsible for transforming these processes through the design, configuration, and validation of electronic Batch Records (eBR).
Your key responsibilities:
1. Assessing manufacturing requirements and translating them into functional MES designs.
2. Collaborating with business SMEs / Key Users to understand, refine, and document process needs.
3. Working with MES engineers to design, configure, validate, and test Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma PIs.
4. Identifying cross-site commonalities and driving the creation of global reusable PIs.
5. Producing required documentation including URS, FRS, design specifications, and test scripts.
The candidate should possess strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes as well as experience working with Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma / Simatic IT eBR. Strong background in validating PIs supporting MES testing activities are also essential.Knowledgeof GMP-regulated environments wouldbe beneficialto mentionexperience leading teamsMES delivery
