Our client, a leading organization in the higher education sector, is looking for a specialist to optimize administrative processes across application and business levels. The role focuses on translating complex business requirements into technical solutions within an agile framework to support education and research initiatives.
* Analyze business processes and procedures to align them with organizational best practices and mapping requirements.
* Translate business needs into actionable features and stories while performing detailed impact analyses.
* Facilitate process workshops to support stakeholders and ensure effective knowledge transfer across the organization.
* Coordinate incident management and feature development in close collaboration with the cross‑functional project team.
* Guide key users through user acceptance testing to ensure high software quality and seamless application deployment.
* Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to provide a clear roadmap for development and testing teams.
* 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst.
* 5+ years of experience working with large-scale, business‑critical applications.
* Proven experience in technical environments involving OO, multi‑tier architectures, or UML.
* Working knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
* Experience with data and process modeling techniques and modeling tools.
* Proactive approach to knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
* You are fluent in Dutch and English at a C2 level.
Nice to Haves
* Experience with data‑driven solutions or AI integration.
* Practical knowledge of the SAFe framework.
* Experience drafting or evaluating tenders within public procurement frameworks.
* Professional background within a higher education environment.
* Ability to facilitate and lead business workshops.
