Overview
Depending on your level of seniority, your responsibilities will vary. You will either lead or participate in multiple mandates, working closely with both local and global project teams to deliver a range of work for our clients. You will support boards and management teams during strategic events and be at the forefront of our Tech and AI offering in Brussels, playing an active role in our global offering and cross-market collaboration.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact for Tech clients, manage key accounts, including oversight of budgets and client deliverables.
* Provide high-level public affairs counsel and political insight to clients across the Tech and Digital sectors.
* Establish and expand client relationships, identify potential leads, and explore growth areas within existing and new business opportunities.
* Project and finance management by overseeing multiple dynamic workstreams, ensuring timely project delivery at targeted margins.
* Design and implement cutting-edge communication strategies, creating high-quality documents, plans, narratives, and messaging for our clients.
* Foster talent development by supervising junior colleagues' daily activities, providing timely feedback and mentorship to support their professional growth.

Qualifications
To ensure a successful journey with us, you should skillfully apply your communication abilities - such as designing and implementing effective strategies and tactics - while also utilising your commercial acumen and project management expertise.
Additionally, we are seeking candidates who have:
* Extensive client and project management experience (5-7 years), preferably gained within consultancy, trade associations, or similar professional environments.
* Specialised expertise and experience in the Tech and Digital sectors, with a focus on areas such as AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, content moderation, consumer protection, and data policy.
* A strong ability to independently lead client projects, effectively manage teams, and ensure the commercial success of accounts.
* A thorough understanding of the EU decision-making process and EU policies, particularly those related to Tech and AI.
* A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work seamlessly with colleagues both in Brussels and across our global network.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Knowledge of additional EU languages is considered an asset.
* A bachelor's or master's degree in political science, business administration, law, or other relevant fields.
* Public sector experience (EU Institutions or Member State authority) is beneficial but not required.
* Proficiency and curiosity in using AI‐powered tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude and other emerging platforms, to enhance research, drafting and problem‐solving.
