Your role:
As Asset & Property Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our property portfolio in Belgium. You will ensure that our clinics and practices operate at their best in terms of property, equipment and investments/renovations
You will play a key role in supporting our vets by ensuring high-performing, safe and future-proof working environments
This forms part of the Shield Programme within Evidensia. Shield is a programme being rolled out across the entire group. The aim of this project is threefold: compliance with local regulations, mapping risk management, and pursuing operational standards across all countries and branches within IVC Evidensia. It ensures that we consistently meet legal requirements, safety standards and internal policies, whilst proactively identifying and managing risks
