International Sales Manager - New Markets
Euraqua provides global water treatment solutions for B2B partners and distributors, offering private label and custom technical solutions. Its strength lies in building strong partnerships through dedicated teams, making itself a trusted water treatment expert.
You will play a key strategic role within Euraqua and Pollet Water Group, developing and expanding into new geographical regions and markets with high-quality water treatment systems and components.
The primary goal is to strengthen Euraqua's presence and, by extension, that of Pollet Water Group, in these regions. This involves active prospecting for new partners as well as building strong relationships with existing ones.
Market Analysis and Strategy
* Conduct comprehensive market studies for each country.
* Prioritize markets based on potential, using market data, field visits, and desk research.
* Define a clear market strategy for each country in collaboration with the General Manager of Euraqua and ensure its successful implementation.
Customer Management
* Build strong relationships with existing customers and position Euraqua as a long-term partner in water treatment.
* Develop tailored product strategies for each customer.
* Support customers in their growth and ensure frequent follow-ups on-site.
* Take responsibility for achieving financial targets in your region (margin/turnover).
Prospection and Business Development
* Actively search for new partners through prospecting, desk research, trade fairs, and other initiatives.
* Leverage your expertise in value-added selling to highlight Euraqua's unique strengths and product benefits.
* Successfully convert prospects into partners by identifying win-win-win opportunities (Euraqua – Local Partner – End Customer).
You have a higher education degree, holding at least a bachelor's diploma. You have a first relevant experience in international sales or commercial roles within a global environment. You are willing to travel frequently (25%-30%), including to distant regions (e.g. Asia) for extended stays.
