You act as the main point of contract for all local finance matters and work closely with international stakeholders, reporting directly to the Director of Finance Europe. Your responsibilities include:Managing end-to-end payroll for Brussels employees in collaboration with an external payroll providerMaintaining accounting records in line with beGAAP in cooperation with external accounting and tax advisorsReviewing and processing invoices, payments, and expense reportsSupporting the billing process in coordination with international revenue teamsAssisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the Brussels officeManaging banking activities and online banking accessParticipating in ad-hoc projects and financial analysesYou will operate autonomously in this role and act as a key link between the local office and the broader international organization.
