The Product Manager reports into the Senior Product Manager, supporting product launch processes, portfolio analysis and SKU maintenance for the EMEA organization, helping on the coordination between business, R&D, and production. The role will be ensure alignment to CRC supply chain constraints and packaging/ labelling solutions keeping in mind the final user needs and portfolio architecture and complexity to optimize complexity. SKILLS: Experience in portfolio and category management, including pricing, profitability and lifecycle management (PLC) Experience in technical liaison Analytically strong Collaborative Fluent in English; other European languages are an asset DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Product Leadership Ensure support for EMEA product portfolio strategy Strong abilities for R&D coordination Analytical skills Experience with PLC: innovation pipeline, portfolio optimization, upgrades, and phase-outs Monitor performance (profitability, competitiveness, compliance) including benchmarking (technical and claims) Management of product through Stage and Gate methodology in line with CRC’s current practices Interface with R&D and Factories Act as ambassador towards R&D Ensure that product developments align with user insights, regulatory, and regional opportunities Collaborate closely with factories to secure fulfilment, managing complexity at SKU level PROFILE: 4+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in industrial goods, or chemical/packaged goods sectors University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline; masters is a plus Hands-on execution capability, well organized, product savvy, accountable and solution-oriented in a matrix environment
