Context Our client, a major player in the pharmaceutical sector, is migrating its global ECC system to S/4HANA, used across all business, manufacturing, financial, and commercial areas. The programme is now entering Acceptance & Validation (OQ, PQ, business testing). Key milestones:
- Technical go-live: June 2026
- Business go-live & cutover: Oct 2026
- Hypercare: until Nov 2026 The Manufacturing scope includes major integrations with MES, scheduling and planning systems. This role replaces a departing consultant. 2. Organisation Part of Integrated Manufacturing, covering:
- Belgium site
- Switzerland site
- Japan manufacturing site SAP scope: PP, PM, IM/WM, WMS, integrated with MES & planning. The Delivery Lead coordinates Business Solution Experts (BSEs), IT Solution Experts (ISEs), system integrator, and site key-users. 3. Responsibilities
- End-to-end leadership of the Manufacturing stream.
- Coordinate OQ/PQ/UAT, cutover, data migration, documentation & training.
- Ensure cross-domain integration (Supply Chain, QA, Finance, Procurement).
- Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and programme reporting. 4. Must Haves
- Strong SAP background, ideally ECC → S/4 migrations.
- Proven delivery/programme management on large SAP initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of PP/PM/WM/IM and MES integration.
- Ability to lead mixed Business–IT–Integrator teams.
- Fluent English. Soft skills: leadership, organisation, stakeholder management & challenge capability, quick learner. 5. Nice-to-Haves
- Pharma / GxP experience.
- Experience within complex SAP ecosystems in regulated environments.
- Hypercare & complex go-live experience.
- Familiarity with BW→BDC migration, EWCM, ISM. 6. Ideal Profile Senior, autonomous, structured, SAP savvy, strong in orchestration and cross-site collaboration (BE, CH). French-speaking preferred for end-user interactions. Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset. 7. On Site / Remote Programme rule : 4 days/week on site
