PpAs part of a consortium tender for a European organisation, we are searching for a freelance Solution Architect to be responsible for the design and governance of complex mission-critical IT systems in the defence sector. They align business and operational requirements with secure, scalable, and interoperable technical solutions that meet strict military/defence standards. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliTranslate operational and capability requirements into secure and compliant IT solutions. /liliDesign multi-domain architectures across classified and unclassified environments. /liliAlign architecture with defense-specific frameworks (e.g. Federated Mission Networking (FMN), MAGERIT, NAF). /liliLead architectural decisions for command-and-control, secure communications systems and accredited wide area networks. /liliCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including military and civil program leads.
