Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Group CFO at Bscovery, based in Belgium. The Group CFO will lead the financial and administrative function of the Group and act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and shareholders.The role includes structuring and consolidating financial reporting across all entities, implementing robust financial processes and internal controls, and ensuring accurate and timely financial statements. The CFO will oversee cash management at Group level, optimize working capital, and support performance monitoring through strong analytical tools and KPIs.The position also involves active participation in acquisition projects, including financial analysis, due diligence coordination, valuation modeling, and financing structuring. As a member of the Steering Committee and Executive Committee, the CFO will contribute directly to the Group's transformation and long-term strategic development.
