Job DescriptionContextThe services to be performed will primarily be for the SACHA project (Harmonized Accounting Analysis System in Agriculture). Depending on the workload, however, the service provider may be temporarily assigned to other projects.Description of the SACHA solutionDevelopment of a modular, online agricultural management accounting tool that enables the collection and processing of data related to various fields, notably through automatic links with external databases. This includes the implementation of:A single, complete and modular journal, capable of managing charges, products, distributions, allocations, IN/OUT movements, IS/IE stocks, advances to crops, and multi-year data.A central stock management system (SCGS) encompassing all movements, allowing allocations based on cumulative quantities, and supporting the specific characteristics of fertilizers, seeds, control products, crops and livestock.Thematic web pagesAn import module to integrate different data from various sourcesAn export module for various systemsAdvanced role and access managementA unique workflow management engineTraceability of user actionsA document archiving systemA secure environment compliant with SPW Digital and GDPR rulesSacha's objectivesTo inform farmers about the profitability of their different activities and to meet a Walloon legal obligation to access CAP aid related to installation and investments.To meet European obligations related to the RIDEA regulation (Regulation (EU) 1217/2009).Essential data source for the DPEAI (SPW ARNE) in the context of preparing CAP strategic plansData source for estimating losses caused by various calamitiesSource of data for multiple analyses of the Walloon agricultural sector and to enable in particular the establishment of the annual report on the state of Walloon agriculture, in accordance with the Walloon Agricultural Code (D.88 to D.90).Data source for the academic world.ConstraintsExperiment and participate in the development of a framework for the automatic generation of tables, views, pages, data recovery script, unit tests from the analysis.SACHA's target architectureBack‐office Angular, API Spring Boot, DB PostgreSQL, hébergement SPW Digital.Data recoveryThe project will reuse the data currently stored in Excel files.SOFT SKILLSEffective collaboration with the agile teamAutonomousPragmatic and results-orientedReady to use and participate in the development of an automatic generation frameworkEvaluation methodThe remaining candidates will be invited for an interview with a jury whose composition will be announced later.
