Office Operations ManagerThis is a highly responsible role that requires a mature and autonomous individual to manage the day-to-day activities of our office. The successful candidate will be closely involved in the business, taking initiative with confidence.Key Responsibilities:Manage suppliers, vendors, office supplies, marketing materials, facilities, maintenance, gifts, and company vehicles.Prepare, review and follow up contracts for consultants and clients, handle purchase orders, timesheets, and support the invoicing process.Monitor shared mailboxes (info, office, personal) and handle incoming phone calls professionally.Plan and co-organize company events (team buildings, Christmas parties, BBQs, etc.) and arrange business travel (transport, accommodation, itineraries).
