Business Continuity and Process Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Continuity and Process Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and implementing new business processes, making necessary adjustments to existing ones, and continuously striving to improve them in terms of customer satisfaction, efficiency, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and implement new business processes within the principles of Business Architecture and the strategic objectives of the organization;
* Maintain and improve existing processes to ensure they meet the required standards;
* Conduct regular assessments of existing processes and identify areas for improvement;
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
* Develop and maintain documentation to standardize implementation and support incident resolution;
* Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, ITIL processes, and Agile methodologies. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and process management;
* Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team;
* Ability to analyze complex information and develop effective solutions.
