Purpose of the Role:
The Business and Systems Developer is responsible for managing B2B tools and processes, supporting regional targets, monitoring business processes, and enhancing operational efficiency. This role requires extensive collaboration across departments, effective communication, and data-driven decision-making using Excel.
Responsibilities:
B2B Tools and Process Management:
* Oversee and manage B2B tools like Elastic Suite & Ivendix.
* Ensure seamless functionality for efficient B2B operations.
Regional Target Support:
* Support the achievement of regional targets using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Utilize sell-in data and KPIs to drive performance for EAA business partners.
Business Process Monitoring and Analysis:
* Monitor and analyze business processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
* Identify improvement areas and implement solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Collaborate with various departments to facilitate sell-in processes.
* Ensure a hassle-free ordering experience for commercial teams and partners.
Communication Management:
* Manage communications with IT, D&P, Product, Trade Marketing, and Commercial Teams.
* Maintain organized documentation and reporting.
Sales Boosting and Business Innovation:
* Propose innovative ideas to boost B2B sales, supported by data analysis.
* Contribute to strategy development for business growth.
Information Distribution and Strategy Planning:
* Act as the Single Point of Contact for distributing information on product updates and sales strategies.
* Ensure clear and concise reporting.
Onboarding and Training:
* Onboard new team members and business partners with B2B tools.
* Provide Excel-based training materials for effective tool utilization.
Item Master Data Management:
* Manage the Item Master data file, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Maintain data integrity for decision-making.
Reporting and Improvement Plans:
* Generate reports on B2B tool functionality.
* Suggest and implement continuous improvement plans.
