Your Mission
* Design, calibrate, and maintain best-in-class pricing models that balance risk, market dynamics, and profitability.
* Merge internal and external datasets (market benchmarks, claims, risk drivers) to deliver insight-rich pricing recommendations.
* Evaluate price adequacy across portfolios and initiate enhancements to maximize value.
* Partner with underwriting, product, analytics, and governance teams—across borders—to execute strategic pricing projects.
* Communicate complex technical analyses in crisp, business-friendly language to senior stakeholders.
What You Bring
* Solid pricing, actuarial, or data analytics experience in non-life / P&C insurance.
* Deep understanding of retail motor and property insurance dynamics.
* Strong commercial instincts—your models don’t just compute, they inform business choices.
* Excellent English proficiency; Dutch and/or French is a strong plus.
* Self-starter mindset, able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team.
* Passion for innovation, especially as it relates to AI, data science, and advanced analytics in insurance.
