Reporting to: VP Programs
Location: Tienen / Leuven Area, Belgium
This role is ideal for someone who wants to take the next step in their career and grow into a
high-ownership Program Management position within an international high-tech
environment.
You will coordinate and drive execution of complex customer programs and large customer
orders for advanced infrared imaging systems used in industrial, scientific and
defense-related applications.
This is not a pure PMO or reporting role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving
problems, driving topics forward and working closely with operations, engineering, supply
chain and customers.
Your Tasks
* Coordinate execution of customer programs and large customer orders
* Support delivery performance across timeline, quality and cost targets
* Act as the interface between Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Sales
* Follow up on open topics, risks and delivery-related challenges
* Help identify operational risks and support mitigation activities
* Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders and customers
* Track milestones, execution progress and operational priorities
* Support cross-functional decision-making and execution follow-up
* Drive topics forward proactively and ensure good communication across teams
* Contribute to the further development of the growing Program Management organization
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or similar
* 5-10 years of experience in Project Management, Program Coordination, Industrial Engineering, Operations or customer project environments
* Experience in technical industries such as electronics, manufacturing, imaging, semiconductors, aerospace, defense or industrial systems is an advantage
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Mobility to work in cross-functional environments and coordinate multiple stakeholders
* Motivated to grow into a broader and more strategic Program Management role
* Structured, proactive and solution-oriented personality
* Fluent English
