We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Officer E-Mobility to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our E-Mobility solutions and delivering outstanding service to our clients. Join our passionate and dynamic team As a vital member of our team, you oversee the daily management of our E-Mobility solutions, ensuring quality standards and responding efficiently to customer requests to maximize satisfaction. ZOOM ON THE JOB: customer onboarding & activation: guide new business customers through the onboarding process activate EV charging subscriptions and services ensure hardware (charging stations) and software (user portals/apps) are correctly set up monitoring & system management: monitor the status and performance of charging stations via the backend system identify and troubleshoot technical issues proactively coordinate with technical teams for quick resolution of faults customer support & problem solving: serve as the first point of contact for key customer inquiries, complaints, or incidents provide support via email, phone, or chat for issues such as charging failures, billing questions, or access problems escalate complex issues to relevant departments while maintaining ownership of the case billing & payment handling: ensure accurate and timely billing for charging sessions and services monitor payment flows and follow up on overdue accounts resolve customer disputes related to invoices or charges subscription & account management: manage customer subscriptions (activation, modification, cancellation) help clients understand service plans and choose options that best meet their needs customer insights & feedback: gather customer feedback to identify pain points or areas for improvement work with product or operations teams to enhance the overall customer experience fleet & business client support: support fleet customers with tailored solutions and proactive check-ins prepare reports or insights on charging usage and efficiency organize meetings with fleet managers or corporate clients to review satisfaction levels home & workplace charging coordination: assess and propose suitable charging solutions based on customer needs coordinate with installation partners and follow up on project completion manage documentation and certifications related to installations continuous improvement & knowledge sharing: contribute to building and improving internal processes keep up with market trends and product updates in the E-mobility space share customer insights with marketing, sales, and technical teams Join us and actively contribute to the energy transition by delivering an exceptional customer experience ARE WE A MATCH? strong communicator, both written and verbal quick to react and flexible in handling issues as they arise detail-oriented, efficient, and able to maintain organization under pressure responsible and solution-focused approach adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a good command of English WANT TO TACKLE TOMORROW'S MULTI-TECHNICAL CHALLENGES WITH US?
