We are looking for a PMO Consultant to support a major company in the aviation industry during an important transformation phase.
You will join the Project & Process Management team and contribute to the implementation of a Shared Service Center transition, while supporting several finance and cross-functional projects.
This role combines project coordination, PMO support, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are properly structured, tracked, and delivered.
The assignment is expected to run until the end of the year, with possible extension.
Your Responsibilities
Shared Service Center Transformation
* Support the implementation of a Shared Service Center transition
* Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment across teams
* Track milestones, dependencies, and risks across the program
* Facilitate coordination between finance, IT, and operational stakeholders
* Prepare project updates and status reporting for management
Project & PMO Support
* Support several finance and operational projects in collaboration with the Finance Manager
* Help define project scope, objectives, planning, and deliverables
* Maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking
* Follow up on project actions and ensure progress across stakeholders
* Prepare presentations, reporting, and documentation
Coordination & Communication
* Organize and facilitate project meetings
* Ensure proper follow-up of decisions and action points
* Maintain clear communication between finance, IT, and business teams
Your Profile
* Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
* 2–5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or transformation environments
* Experience working with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) is a plus
* Strong organizational and project structuring skills
* Proactive, structured, and hands-on mindset
Languages• English: professional level• French OR Dutch: native level
Contract Options
We are open to two types of engagement:
Freelance• Daily rate: €500/day (excl. VAT)
Employee contract• Competitive salary package depending on experience
