Your Impact In this hybrid role, you will be both the trusted voice of our customers and a key partner for our project sales team. From guiding customers through inquiries to supporting the development of new opportunities in the Belgian market, you'll contribute directly to customer satisfaction, sales success, and overall business performance. What You Will Do Customer Service Responsibilities Respond to customer calls and inquiries on products, orders, returns, and account details Process daily orders in SAP, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure data accuracy Handle returns, credit notes, warranty claims, and after-sales support Track outstanding payments, prepare account summaries, and support collections Build strong customer relationships through clear, empathetic communication Collaborate with internal teams to share customer insights and feedback Commercial Project Support Responsibilities Conduct desk research and market analysis to generate new leads Manage and update project portfolios in the CRM system Schedule customer appointments in collaboration with account managers Prepare project reports and support ongoing project follow-up Advise customers on product applications within building and renovation projects Identify relevant market information and relay it internally Coordinate with field teams, marketing, and other departments Support marketing initiatives, project groups, and commercial campaigns Process incoming orders and service requests professionally and efficiently What You Bring Experience in customer service, commercial support, or a similar client-facing role Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities A commercial or technical background (education or experience) Affinity with the construction, real estate, or project sector is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Working knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is an advantage Bachelor's degree (Economics, Business, or related field preferred) Why Join Us At LIXIL, you will be part of a global organisation dedicated to improving homes and lives through smart, sustainable innovation.
