Your Responsibilities
* Analyze business requirements to develop functional specifications

* Develop and maintain documentation for functional specifications, use cases, and process flows

* Provide guidance and support to business units during system implementation and training
* Work with developers and quality assurance teams to ensure that systems meet functional requirements
* Develop and maintain test scripts to validate system functionality
* Monitor system performance and provide feedback on system effectiveness
* Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and system configurations
