Role – Sales Manager (Benelux)
Salary – €85,000 plus bonus
Location – Belgium
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development
* Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Benelux region.
* Define commercial processes and business plans to achieve regional goals.
* Create commercial proposals including financing, warranties, and aftersales tools.
Dealer Network & Customer Base Expansion
* Implement strategies for external financing to support wholesale and retail channels, with a focus on risk management.
Sales & Business Growth
* Collaborate with senior management to assess market potential, identify opportunities, and define sales goals for specific product lines.
* Responsible for achieving sales targets and managing monthly sales forecasts.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
* Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
* Coach and motivate a local team to achieve objectives.
* Collaborate with departments like Marketing, Parts, Service, and Product Management to deliver customer-focused solutions.
* Develop a plan for optimizing sales, aftersales, product support, and marketing activities.
Requirements
* The candidate must have sales experience in; Aerial Work Platforms/Access Equipment, Cranes, Forklifts and/or Material Handling Equipment.
* You must be based in Belgium.
* Travel is expected throughout the Benelux region.
* Full Drivers License.
