Manuchar is looking for an ambitious Trader to drive the growth of our Pulp & Paper business in West Africa. Based at our headquarters in Antwerp, you will develop strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and expand our market presence. You will work in a truly international environment and travel regularly to West Africa and occasionally worldwide. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a profitable customer portfolio in West Africa. Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers. Identify and convert new business opportunities. Negotiate and follow up on international sales and purchase transactions. Define the strategic direction for your region and product portfolio. Take a hands-on role in solving operational challenges. Travel regularly to West Africa and occasionally worldwide. Your Profile Min. Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years of commercial experience in an international environment; experience in the paper industry is a plus. Strong passion for international sales with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in French & English; Dutch is an asset. Proactive, flexible, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Skilled at building relationships across cultures and comfortable with frequent travel. Hands-on, solution-driven, and eager to tackle operational issues. Based in Belgium, ideally in the Antwerp region.
