Job Title : Information Security & Risk Officer (FR/NL) - Brussels - PermanentAbout the Company :Our client is a leading Belgian cooperative in the pharmaceutical sector, known for its strong local roots and commitment to improving healthcare accessibility.With over 240 pharmacies and 1,800 employees, the company combines technological innovation with a human approach to deliver reliable, secure, and accessible healthcare solutions.Your Role :As an Information Security & Risk Officer, you will play a key role in defining, implementing, and maintaining the company's Information Security, Risk Management, and IT Service Continuity strategy.You will work within the CISO team and report directly to the CISO, collaborating with Business & IT teams, Enterprise Architects, DPO, and Internal Audit.Main responsibilities:Develop and maintain ISMS Policies, Standards, Procedures, and Guidelines.Implement cybersecurity standards aligned with the CCB Cyber Fundamentals framework.Ensure compliance with regulations such as NIS2.Coordinate security projects and provide tactical advice to IT and non-IT initiatives.Manage security incidents and coordinate forensic activities.Promote security awareness across the company.Conduct information and IT risk analyses and maintain risk registers.Lead IT resilience and disaster recovery initiatives.Assess and improve IT Service Continuity and recovery readiness.Your ProfileMaster's degree preferred (or Bachelor with relevant experience).Open to both junior and experienced professionals - motivation and skills matter more than years of experience.Knowledge of ISO2700x, ISO31000, NIST, ITIL, CyberFundamentals, COBIT5.Broad understanding of IT infrastructure (datacentre, GCP, Azure).Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Pragmatic, reliable, and team-oriented.Fluent in French and Dutch - a solid base in both is required.Experience with third-party risk management is a plus.What We OfferPermanent contract in Brussels (Anderlecht)Hybrid work model: 50/50 remote - 2 to 3 days telework per weekSalary depending on experience:Junior: around EUR3,000 gross/monthMedior: up to EUR6,500 gross/monthCompany car, meal vouchers, insurance packageStable and healthy Belgian companyCollaborative and supportive work environmentProfessional growth and learning opportunitiesRecruitment ProcessHR screening (Teams)Technical interview on-site (Manager)Optional meeting (IT Director)LanguagesFrench / Dutch / English (professional level)
