Under the direct supervision of the Canteen Manager, they collaborate with the APEEE Bxl II administrative team to provide daily support.Mission To effectively manage administrative tasks, maintain and update data, handle internal/external requests, and support the logistical needs of the canteen service, while ensuring seamless communication with parents, staff, and APEEE partners.General Administration Manage the canteen service's email inbox on a daily basis Maintain the team's shared calendar Welcome students and visitors at the canteen office Draft correspondence for parents, suppliers, service providers, and internal school services Order and manage office supplies Create and post visual materials (posters, screen messages, menus, promotional visuals) Handle administrative procedures related to work accidents (kitchen staff), in coordination with relevant authoritiesRequired skills and qualificationsTo excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
