A prestigious global consultancy located in the Flemish Region are seeking a Workplace Coordinator for a significant engagement.
Job Description:
* Act as the central coordination point between end users, workplace teams, and the GDC to ensure smooth delivery of workplace services and endpoint deployment activities
* Track and follow up on user workplace issues through to resolution, maintaining clear communication across technical teams and architects
* Lead coordination of PC setup, imaging, and deployment activities during project implementations, supporting Lead Solution Architects throughout
* Guide the GDC team on required tasks while remote operational work is executed; coordinate technical activities with external teams
* Identify, anticipate, and report risks related to device deployment and configuration
* Support and guide end users through device setup and onboarding; travel to project locations when required for on-site deployment and troubleshooting
Requirements:
* PC staging, imaging & configuration — strong hands-on expertise including local re-staging and troubleshooting
* Endpoint deployment coordination — proven experience leading PC rollout activities alongside solution architects
* Remote team coordination — experience managing technical execution with offshore and external teams
* Stakeholder communication — strong ability to bridge end users, IT teams, and architects clearly and efficiently
* Risk identification — able to anticipate and flag deployment risks proactively
* End user training & onboarding — capable of guiding users through device setup and basic usage
