Temporary EA wanted for international bank in center of Brussels - French and English - freelancer or Arcadius project consultant This is a temporary project for 2 months, possibly longer. You will be employed as a contractor on behalf of Arcadius, either as a freelancer or as a payroll employee with a temporary contract. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance to the CEO of an international company in the center of Brussels. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and liaising with stakeholders on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations. Responsibilities Complex calendar management for CEO Aid executive in preparing for meetings Responding all type of requests on behalf of executive General administrative and organisational support Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English Proven experience as EA to C-level Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Practical Temporary project, ideally starting mid December, for 2 months with realistic chance of contract extension Full-time, 4/5 negotiable Office in the center of Brussels 2 days working from home
