At Robert Half Project Sourcing, you’ll play a key role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top finance professionals. As Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on recruitment expertise to grow and strengthen our team of consultants.
What you’ll do
* Build and lead a team of recruiters, fostering collaboration and high performance.
* Define and implement the talent acquisition strategy together with the Director of Project Sourcing.
* Partner with business leaders to understand needs and deliver innovative recruitment solutions.
* Proactively source and attract finance professionals using modern tools and creative channels.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer and contract negotiation.
* Represent our employer brand at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities.
* Support the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration for new consultants.
What you bring
* 4–5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on sourcing and placement.
* Experience leading a team is a strong advantage.
* Strong knowledge of modern recruitment strategies and tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
* Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
* Creative, solution-oriented, and innovative mindset.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent).
* Flexibility to work across different locations in Belgium.
