ITSM Consultant
We are looking for an experienced ITSM Consultant to manage, evolve, and support a BMC Helix platform across internal initiatives and customer-facing projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot BMC Helix
* Design and implement workflows, forms, business rules, and integrations
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Manage updates, incidents, and change requests
* Drive continual improvement and maintain documentation
* Collaborate across teams in a consulting-focused environment
Requirements
* Strong experience with ITSM tools
* Strong ITIL knowledge
* Understanding of CMDB / ITAM and workflow engines
* Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP) and basic scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, SQL) is a plus
* Fluent in French and English
