About the job

Our client, a leading Belgian retailer with a rich history, is at a crucial point in its digital transformation. To achieve their growth ambitions, they are looking for a driven CRM, Loyalty & E-commerce manager who will elevate customer loyalty and strengthen their online presence.

/ Loyalty & CRM Strategy
Your main mission is to develop and implement a completely new loyalty program. You start from a blank slate to get to know the customer better, collect customer data, build loyalty, and create targeted, personalized offers.
4. You design the complete loyalty strategy and the associated business plan, from concept to rollout.
5. You manage the implementation of the new CRM platform and maximize its functionalities for marketing automation and customer retention.
6. You analyze customer data to gain insights and set up personalized campaigns that stimulate cross-selling.

/ Digital Marketing & E-commerce
In addition, you are responsible for all online activations. You ensure a strategic shift in social media from organic content to acquiring new customers and you oversee the e-commerce and SEO/SEA strategy.
7. You manage external agencies for the development and implementation of the social media and performance marketing strategy.
8. You work closely with internal stakeholders (purchasing, IT, customer service, content team) to guarantee an integrated online customer experience.
9. You contribute strategically to the continuous optimization of the webshop and its integration with the loyalty program.

About the ideal candidate

You have a Master's degree and combine a strategic vision with a hands-on mentality. You don't just think about the plan, you also ensure it gets executed.
You have demonstrable experience with setting up or managing loyalty programs. You know the tricks of the trade and how to create customer loyalty.
You have broad knowledge of digital marketing, with experience in CRM, social media, SEO/SEA, and e-commerce. Experience in retail is a big plus.
You are a proactive 'driver' who brings energy and 'schwung' to a team. You don't wait for instructions, but take the initiative yourself.
You are a strong communicator and collaborator who can work smoothly with different departments and external agencies.
You are analytically strong and enjoy diving into data to gain actionable insights and measure performance.
You speak and write fluent Dutch and English, as you will work closely with international partners.
