One of their division is seeking a Teamlead Sales to drive commercial success and elevate their footprint in Belgium and Luxembourg. This is a newly created role designed for a hands-on leader with a strong sales discipline, coaching capabilities, and a sharp B2B mindset.
Job Description
The Sales Lead Belux - B2B Sector will have the following responsibilities :
* Lead the commercial performance in the Belux region, emphasizing new client acquisition and funnel development
* Manage and coach the account management team, focusing on outbound energy and structured selling
* Visit clients across Belgium and Luxembourg, offering strategic and hands-on support
* Develop a dealer network, partnering with B2B clients
* Oversee the end-to-end sales pipeline-from lead generation to deal closure
* Instill CRM discipline, ensuring data quality and visibility
* Align team performance across multilingual customer segments (FR, NL, EN)
* Actively contribute to commercial strategy and performance reporting
The Successful Applicant
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
* Team leadership experience in a B2B environment
* Proven success in corporate client acquisition and relationship building
* Strong hunter mentality combined with a coach's mindset
* Bilingual French/Dutch speaker; professional English proficiency
* Disciplined, structured and highly self-motivated
