You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in application architecture and technical leadership.
* Proven experience managing a Python-based architecture.
* Strong proficiency in designing and implementing technical strategies aligned with product requirements.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and technical leaders.
* Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve technical challenges and guide teams toward efficient solutions.
* Demonstrated leadership qualities to mentor, empower, and inspire team members.
You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:
* Partner with product managers to understand product features and translate them into technical solutions.
* Provide guidance and support to development teams in overcoming technical challenges.
* Advocate for and implement best practices in application architecture to improve quality and efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to align efforts and achieve project objectives.
* Contribute to coding, refactoring, and debugging during development to ensure alignment with client needs and project goals.
* Develop and maintain technical strategies that align with business and product success metrics.
* Support continuous improvement of technical processes, standards, and documentation.
