As a Plan Administrator - CAD Designer, you will play an essential role in managing and configuring plans within Building Management Systems (BMS) or similar technical monitoring platforms. You'll oversee the technical drawings, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure all plans adhere to the required standards. This role involves a combination of technical drawing expertise and coordination, ensuring seamless integration with various software platforms. Your contribution will be crucial to maintaining operational efficiency and supporting on-site verification processes Key Responsibilities o Import and Configuration of Plans: Manage the import and configuration of plans into BMS or technical monitoring platforms (hypervisor). Perform basic fault analysis during the import process. o Technical Drawing and Plan Management: Ensure the accurate creation and management of technical drawings in a building technology context, adhering to industry standards and specifications. o On-site Verification: Conduct on-site verification of plans and manage the handling and application of legends, symbol sets, naming conventions, and templates. o Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical drawings meet operational requirements and facilitate the integration into other systems. o Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of processes, plans, and configurations, ensuring clarity for both internal and external stakeholders. o Version Control: Utilize a Document Management System (DMS) with version control, such as AutoCAD Vault, to manage the lifecycle of technical drawings and revisions. • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or at least 5 years of relevant experience in technical drawing and plan management in a building technology context.
• CAD & BIM Experience: A minimum of 3 years' recent experience with AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM collaboration platforms (e.g., BIM360 or equivalent) and a Document Management System (e.g., AutoCAD Vault or equivalent).
• Technical Verification & Standards: Proven experience with on-site verification, as well as the application of legends, symbol sets, naming conventions, and templates.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch or French, and English, both spoken and written, suitable for technical discussions and documentation.
• References: At least 2 references from the past 5 years, including a description of the projects, tools used, role, duration, and contact person.
