For a renowned organization in the production of
high-quality hand-made bricks, we are seeking a motivated and
experienced cooperating team leader to join our dynamic team. As a
cooperating team leader, you will be actively involved in managing
the production line for hand-made bricks. In this role, you will
ensure that production targets are met efficiently while
maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You will support
your team by coordinating operations, providing guidance, and
implementing process improvements. This is a hands-on position
where teamwork and leadership go hand-in-hand. - key
responsibilities - You cooperate and ensure that the requested
production planning is closely followed on the line assigned to
you. - Supplying the individual work stations on the line and
removing finished material with a forklift truck. - You train new
employees and help implement training plans. - You work together
with the Supervisor to propose and implement performance
improvements in the department. - You carry out checks on the
quality, correct stacking, labelling, processed quantities, etc. of
the goods that are processed on your line. - Minor administrative
tasks (attendance, performance, monitoring attendance and preparing
staff evaluations, etc.). - You are the point of contact for
maintenance and management of facilities of your line and team. -
You channel questions from employees on a daily basis. - You report
directly to the Supervisor. - qualifications - You already have
some experience in managing people. - You attach great importance
to structured work and have a sense of order and tidiness. - You
have a forklift driver's certificate. - You can handle a computer.
- Ideally, you have completed a technical education. - You have an
excellent knowledge of Polish and English. Knowledge of Dutch
and/or French is an added asset. - Physical work is no problem for
you. - Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the
further development of a healthy company. - You are willing to work
in the early shift. - You preferably live in the Oudenaarde
