Your Main Responsibilities ?
1. Design and structure a training academy for both current and future employees.
2. Professionalize existing training programs:
For drivers (create a true internal driving school for truck drivers, enabling candidates to obtain the necessary licenses and certifications). Also, for logistics staff (employees and workers) and for office employees (soft skills…).
3. Identify training needs and deploy a comprehensive training offer in French, Dutch, and English to cover the entire group’s requirements.
4. Develop a structured training strategy, including a training catalog and a global training plan.
5. Implement monitoring, evaluation (short- and long-term), and continuous improvement processes for training programs.
6. Manage, structure, and lead a team of internal trainers.
7. Present and pitch training projects to management, ensuring both strategic and operational reporting.
Ideal Profile ?
8. Master’s degree (HR or other relevant fields) or equivalent experience, with a specialization in training.
9. At least 5 years of experience in training, along with proven expertise in managing and structuring training programs (ideally in the industrial or logistics sector).
10. Ability to design and implement a global training strategy.
11. Strong project management and change management skills.
12. Proven leadership and ability to engage cross-functional teams.
13. Strategic and operational vision.
14. Fluency in French and English is required. Dutch is a strong asset.
