✍️WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly within the airline and travel sectors, aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
* Develop long-term strategic relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
* Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion of services.
* Lead contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives based on evolving client needs.
* Collaborate with delivery and project teams to ensure the successful execution of services and alignment with client expectations.
* Collect and analyze client feedback to identify improvement areas and propose service innovations.
* Create and present business cases, proposals, and value-added solutions, tailoring offerings to specific client pain points.
* Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning with a clear focus on client growth and profitability.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, client roadmaps, and technology opportunities to proactively drive business conversations.
* Represent the company at industry events, forums, and customer meetings, strengthening brand visibility and influence.
🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, account management, or relationship management roles within the IT services or consulting sector.
* Proven experience managing high-value clients, ideally in the airline or aviation technology industry.
* Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and ability to drive both acquisition and long-term client success strategies.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation, opportunity qualification, and deal closing.
* High level of English (spoken and written) — minimum C1. Proficiency in Spanish is also required. Experience working in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and technical stakeholders alike.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client data, usage trends, and performance metrics to guide decision-making.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach and a genuine interest in helping businesses succeed through technology.
* Willingness to travel as needed to maintain and grow client relationships.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields; an MBA or similar postgraduate qualification will be considered a plus.
