As their Service Delivery Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and maintaining a centralised data integration solution. Your expertise will ensure the smooth scanning and detection procedures by Customs and Excise agents, making a significant impact on the industry.
What You'll Be Doing
As the Service Delivery Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:
Finalize the Service Delivery Plan: Your strategic prowess will help map out the roadmap for success.
Support IT Service Management Tool Configuration: Showcase your technical skills in setting up the tools that will drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Your organizational finesse will create a solid foundation for seamless operations.
Build and Train a Stellar Team: You'll have the chance to assemble a dream team and help them grow with your mentorship.
Desired Skills
Your ITIL v4 IT Service Management training/certificate would be a game-changer and highly desirable for this role.
The Service Model
You'll be managing various aspects of the service model, including Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Management. Your expertise will drive efficient processes and keep everything running smoothly.
Location and Language
Based in Brussels, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 days per week, making it a perfect balance between work and life. Dutch speakers with knowledge of English will be given priority, but we welcome English speakers to apply and share their CV for review.
