Job Responsibilities
As a Young Graduate Medical Affairs Data & AI scientist, you will:
1. Analyze and interpret clinical, patient, and real-world data to uncover actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
2. Build and maintain robust, well-structured datasets to enable evidence generation, medical education, and scientific intelligence.
3. Apply AI, GenAI, and machine learning techniques to categorize data, identify patterns, and develop predictive models.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and PMO teams to integrate data-driven approaches into business processes.
5. Evaluate and map external vendors and technology partners to align with business needs and innovation goals.
6. Challenge existing tools and methodologies to ensure optimal use of technology in Medical Affairs.
7. Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, contributing to both tactical and strategic initiatives.
Profile Description
