Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in RF/mmWave ASIC design, with experience in transistor-level circuit design, layout and verification processes. They should be skilled in executing comprehensive 2D and 3D electromagnetic (EM) simulations to optimize design parameters.
Responsibilities
* Define specifications for RF/mmWave modules, guiding system-level design and ensuring accurate data collection during measurements.
* Develop and implement efficient circuit design and layout solutions for RF/mmWave building blocks.
Qualifications
* A degree in electrical engineering with a specialisation in analog, RF and mmWave ASIC design is essential.
* Hands-on experience in advanced CMOS, SOI and/or SiGe technologies is required.
* Expertise in design for production and proficiency in leading IC design tools is necessary.
* Proven experience in transistor-level layout extraction and verification, electromagnetic modeling and laboratory work is essential.
* Proficiency in scripting languages such as MATLAB and Python is also required.
