Mission: The IT Architect ensures the coherence and sustainability of the overall CRM and CDP solutions and systems: according to the enterprise strategy and with regard to technology evolution considering internal and external constraints (risk, cost, delay, …) in line with architectural practices, rules and principles of the BNP Paribas Group Our key initiatives and challenges include the evolutions of our marketing campaign automation tools and the setup of a new CDP (Customer Data Platform). As an Enterprise Architect in the CRM-Individuals & MDM tribe, your main focus will be on the Customer Relationship Management domain. Your tasks consists mostly of: Being the link between the business and IT, you promote and validate this solution with all the related stakeholders. You capture the business needs and model them by documenting a functional solution You design the solution’s architecture to best fit the bank’s strategy and standards. You leverage your Enterprise Data Modelling expertise to design reusable APIs to support our digital transformation projects. Our client: A leading international bank. Function description : Key Activities: Participate in and advise on studies, projects and assets concerning the elaboration/evolution of their architecture (concerning internal development as well as package solutions), in line with the enterprise strategy.
