Jobomschrijving
* Lead and manage the accounting operations of the Belgian entity in compliance with BEGAAP and IFRS.
* Supervise and support the local Accountant in daily operations and month-end closing.
* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to local authorities and group HQ.
* Manage statutory accounts, annual audits, and tax declarations (VAT, CIT, etc.).
* Act as the primary contact for auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors.
* Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial control.
* Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
* Collaborate closely with group finance and other cross-functional teams.
Jouw profiel
* Bachelor or Master in Finance/Accounting
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Fluent in English and French or Dutch
