End-to-End Intake & Process Facilitation Serve as the primary point of contact for new technology and vendor intake requests Ensure requests are complete, clearly documented, and ready to advance through the defined process Track request status end-to-end and follow up with stakeholders to prevent delays Ensure required artifacts (business justification, budget alignment, risk inputs, approvals) are obtained before moving to the next step Governance & Workflow Coordination · Ensure all requests follow established VMO and procurement governance frameworks · Route requests to the appropriate review groups based on request characteristics · Monitor adherence to defined SLAs and intake timelines · Escalate risks, bottlenecks, or process deviations to VMO leadership when necessary Vendor Coordination & Onboarding Support · Act as a coordination point between internal teams and prospective vendors when information exchange is required · Support vendor onboarding activities by tracking required documentation and compliance steps · Partner with Procurement and Legal teams to ensure contract prerequisites are met prior to vendor activation Contract & SLA Support · Support contract review activities by ensuring required inputs are available for review · Verify that appropriate service level expectations and performance metrics are defined prior to vendor onboarding · Assist in maintaining visibility into contractual and onboarding readiness status Reporting & Continuous Improvement · Maintain intake and pipeline tracking tools (Excel, Power BI or similar) · Prepare regular status updates and reports for VMO leadership · Identify recurring issues, delays, or process gaps and recommend improvement opportunities · Support documentation of standard operating procedures and intake guidance About You You perform at the highest level possible, and you appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related discipline 3 years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, supply chain, or a related field Experience working in cross-functional, global enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders (IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security) Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to follow up and drive closure Solid understanding of contract processes and vendor onboarding requirements Hands-on experience with procurement or CLM tools such as Coupa, Ariba, Service Now, or equivalent Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation); ability to manage intake and tracking tools Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and competing priorities with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a remote, global setup. Strong governance, compliance, and process‑discipline mindse Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Fortune 500 or large enterprise IT environment Exposure to Software Asset Management (SAM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM) Familiarity with Saa S procurement and software licensing models Experience supporting M&A, divestitures, or Transition Services Agreements (TSAs) Knowledge of VMO operating models or procurement governance frameworks Power BI or similar reporting/dashboard experience Procurement certifications (CPSM, CPPM, or equivalent), or currently in progress Led by Purpose.
