1. Assist with bookkeeping under Luxembourg GAAP.
2. Support the annual statutory reporting process and audits.
3. Help prepare quarterly and annual financial reports.
4. Prepare budgets and assist with quarterly forecasts.
5. Coordinate with finance teams in London and the fund administration team.
6. Process invoices, payments, and GPS calculations.
7. Assist with liquidity modeling, cash reconciliations, and VAT analysis.
8. Ensure compliance with VAT and tax regulations.
9. Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
10. 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience with SPV's is a bit plus.
11. Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
12. Fluent in English with a good command of French.
13. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
14. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; advanced skills are an advantage.
