Your role will be to advise on and deliver solutions to our clients’ integration challenges including:
1. Lead the implementation of enterprise-wide integration strategies and architectures enabling digital business transformation projects (e.g. customer experience, monolithic and legacy transformations, new service development projects).
2. Deliver methodologies, processes and a governance framework on API management, enterprise integrations and micro-services to clients.
3. Combine your expertise in solution architecture, design patterns, integration best practices and DevOps to provide technical assurance in complex technology-enabled transformation programmes and shape the on-prem, cloud or hybrid application landscape.
4. Manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
5. Actively engage in the continued growth of our business by developing propositions, training, marketing, communications and recruitment activities.
6. Grow our relationship, experience, practice and maintain our position as market leaders with key integration vendors such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apigee, AWS, Azure.

Our system engineering team is looking for a talented technology professional who is keen to challenge the way to solve problems. To be successful in this role:
1. You have worked in integration-related roles either acting as a team member or leading teams.
2. You have a proven ability to develop MuleSoft services at enterprise scale with a solid understanding of MuleSoft layers, platform patterns and best practices. Experience with other market-leading iPaaS technologies (e.g. Dell Boomi, Apigee) will be highly regarded.
3. You have the ability to deliver thought leadership across large scale integrated enterprise systems.
4. You have technical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical subjects effectively to a business audience.
5. You are a team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. You have good analytical skills and you think ‘out of the box’ for designing solutions.
7. You are comfortable working in a highly autonomous, flexible and dynamic environment.
8. You have an understanding of emerging trends and innovative integration technologies.
9. You are fluent in English, Dutch or French.
