Job Title: Enterprise Architect
Location: Brussels Region, Belgium
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain enterprise-level artifacts to guide delivery standards and manage Enterprise Solutions.
2. Design, develop, and implement IT solutions that meet the needs of the business; interpret business strategy into a suite of capabilities.
3. Work with the business to ensure solutions are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
4. Support business lines/divisions, build roadmaps and value streams to bridge strategy and IT execution gap.
5. Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends.
6. Analyze information flows, see connections, patterns, and draw boundaries.
7. Lead and present relevant information in context.
8. Assess regulatory/risk issues and recommend product/technical improvements.
9. Tailor IT solutions to meet specific needs of the business.
Minimum Requirements:
1. At least 10 years of experience in IT Management advising business stakeholders in their transformation journey.
2. Proven expertise and certification on EA architectural frameworks and tools.
3. Strong understanding in areas of Data, DevOps, Security, Integration, custom application development/modernization, and cloud/cloud-native migration/adoption.
4. Technical skills in Azure/AWS/GCP, Java/.NET/Typescript/ReactJS/Python, RDS, Oracle DB, MSSQL, Mongo.
5. Experience using EA tools like Archimate/LeanIX/Sparx to visualize and analyze IT architectures.
6. Demonstrates a sound understanding of EA frameworks - TOGAF and its principles.
